    • The husband and wife relationship is the second greatest relationship man has access to on earch after man’s relationship to God.
  • Ephesians 5:31 - Two reasons man should leave father and mother and cleave to his wife:
    • Woman was created out of man.
    • Relationship is so great it should never be tampered with.

    • I Peter 3:7 – Husbands are to treat their wives as though she were a delicate thing.
  • Many marriage problems come from one person worrying about how they are being treated. If instead, both parties merely worried about how they were treating their spouse, many problems would go away.
  • I Corinthians 7:1-5 – Don’t be selfish – render what is due to each other to fulfill each other’s needs.
