    • Good attitudes that foster spiritual growth
      • Sincere dedication (II Kings 22:8-23:3)
      • Desire to study, practice, and teach (Ezra 7:10).
      • Individual responsibility (Acts 17:11).
      • Action (James 1:21-27).

  • It will come just like a thief in the night.
    • Reminder: The phrase “the day of the Lord” doesn’t always refer to the end of the world. The context must determine the meaning.

    • The timing is unpredictable.
  • Let us be alert and sober.
