  • Hebrews 1:14 – This is not talking about how angels operate today. It is talking about how they functioned under the Old Covenant.
  • Hebrews 2:6 – See Psalms 8:1-9.
  • Hebrews 2:7 – We are lower than the angels for a little while. Matthew 22 shows that we will later be on the level with the angels.
  • Hebrews 2:8 – See Hebrews 5:7-9.
  • Hebrews 2:12 – See Psalms 22:22. This was prophesying that Jesus was coming to live on earth.
