  • Habakkuk 2:9-11 - because they got evil gain for their house

  • Habakkuk 2:12-14 - because they built a city with bloodshed

  • Habakkuk 2:15-17 - because they made their neighbors drunk

  • Habakkuk 2:18-19 - because of their idolatry

  • Psalms 11:4 - The Lord is in His holy temple.

  • Habakkuk 3: Habakkuk prays to God

  • Habakkuk pleads for mercy from God in His wrath.

  • II Timothy 1:16-17 - Paul offered a similar prayer on behalf of Onesiphorus

  • Habakkuk 3:18-19 - Habakkuk rejoices in the Lord, even though disaster was coming.
