  • Galatians 3:2- There are four main ideas about what “receive the Spirit” means here:
    1. Personal indwelling of the Holy Spirit (conflicts with other passages)
    2. Miracles (conflicts with other passages)
    3. Spiritual mindedness (possible)
    4. The gospel (most likely, fits the context best)
  • Galatians 3:3. Justification is not by keeping the law. It is through faith and obedience.
